Rationale: PSC is a startup competition which aims to encourage and support Filipinos in creating innovative and relevant ICT products and services that may potentially develop into viable business ventures as well as solve social problems.

Proposed application: PARA - A public transport information system mobile application providing centralized and real-time information with regards to all the PUV locations and their routes to improve the Filipino citizens' overall commuting experience.
